Quality Control
At China Loong Cleaning Machine Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process for professional cleaning equipment and household cleaning appliances. Our quality approach focuses on product safety, functional performance, durability, consistency, and suitability for different operating environments, from commercial and industrial facilities to residential applications.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials, components, and purchased parts are checked before they enter production. Inspection activities are carried out according to product specifications, internal inspection standards, and the intended application of each machine.
- Verification of material type, dimensions, appearance, and quantity.
- Inspection of motors, pumps, batteries, electrical components, switches, hoses, brushes, wheels, tanks, and structural parts.
- Checking of components for visible damage, deformation, contamination, or other conditions that may affect performance.
- Identification and handling of nonconforming materials before they are released for assembly.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are performed during assembly and production to help maintain stable workmanship and consistent machine performance. Key operations are monitored in line with approved processes and product-specific requirements.
- Verification of assembly accuracy, fastening, wiring, sealing, and component positioning.
- Control of critical connections in water, vacuum, steam, pressure, and electrical systems.
- Inspection of rotating parts, drive systems, brushes, squeegees, filters, tanks, and suction pathways where applicable.
- Process checks for products such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, steam cleaners, polishing machines, and automated cleaning robots.
- Prompt isolation and review of process deviations to reduce the risk of repeated issues.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Before release, finished machines are evaluated through visual, dimensional, functional, and operational checks appropriate to their design. The inspection scope is subject to product specifications and may vary according to the model and customer requirements.
- Inspection of appearance, surface finish, labels, control panels, and overall assembly quality.
- Functional testing of starting, stopping, control response, suction, spraying, washing, sweeping, polishing, steaming, or other applicable operations.
- Checking of water flow, vacuum performance, drainage, battery operation, charging functions, noise-related conditions, and safety features where applicable.
- Verification that accessories, consumables, user documents, and model-specific components are complete.
- Review of test results and disposition of products that require adjustment, rework, or further evaluation.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging and final shipment checks help protect products during storage and international transportation. Each order is reviewed against the approved product and shipping requirements before dispatch.
- Confirmation of product model, quantity, accessories, manuals, labels, and shipping marks.
- Inspection of protective materials, internal fixation, carton condition, and moisture or impact protection where required.
- Verification that movable parts, tanks, batteries, cables, brushes, hoses, and other components are properly secured for transit.
- Final review of packaging information and order details before loading.
- Retention of relevant inspection and shipment records in accordance with internal procedures.
5. Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Quality management continues after delivery. Customer feedback, service information, inspection findings, and production observations are reviewed to identify possible causes and improvement opportunities.
When an issue is identified, the responsible teams evaluate the condition, determine appropriate corrective action, and verify the effectiveness of the response. Lessons learned may be applied to material selection, process instructions, assembly methods, inspection points, packaging, and product design. This structured approach supports reliable cooperation with distributors, importers, contractors, and end users in international markets.
